Kansas State University purchased a system to build forms.  This will allow each department to build their own online forms.  We wanted to make sure that each form built by a diverse audience have a consistent look and feel and also adhere to K-State branding.  We wanted to ensure that the form authors did not need to know how to code, nor did they have to think about how to make their forms look good.
